I reserved a room for the Imagine Dragons concert on March 1st. Because we were coming from a few hours away, I called first to see what time we could check-in. I was told 4:00 pm. We arrrived at 3:45 pm and were told our room was not ready and we would have to wait for one to be cleaned. No one offered to hold all of our luggage, so we were stuck standing in the lobby waiting for our room. I checked again a little after 4 pm and was told by a really rude woman, that they would call my cell phone when the room was ready. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she WAS the manager. I was shocked! She was so rude to us, like we were inconveniencing her. No apology for the delay getting in, NOTHING! They finally called at 5:40 pm! By this time, the restaurants were full and we had to wait! We missed the opening number. I will NEVER stay at Mohegan again. The night cost us about $800 and the employees at Mohegan were just awful! Even at the restaurants they were rude. The evening was for a friend's birthday and I felt awful that we took her to Mohegan. Very disappointing!
