very rude! went down to the bar about 5am to get a couple baileys coffees for my husband and i and your bartender whos name i believe was kale or kyle and what appeared to be a supervisor whos name i caught as arlene were huddled together in deep conversation. i stood there for what seemed like forever! when finally the supervisor arlene decides to look up stares straight at me and continues talking unbelievable!! i finally say excuse me and i was given an attitude like i was intruding on the conversation. i really enjoyed your casino your waiter justin at the white water was awesome. i have stayed here before and enjoyed it but sometimes it takes that one person in this case two to ruin a good feeling. hopefully siena can teach their managers not to take their positions just for granted and do some retraining!!
