Last Saturday my husband took me to see the Wonderful Michael Jackson show for our 20th wedding anniversary - we are locals. We got our seats Section 102, row K, seats 24-25 - they were $200 each and great seats. My husband had to get up to go to the restroom quickly after the show was on for approx 1 hour. He returned back to the theater to get back to his seat and the ushers would not allow him back in (I had the tickets) He very kindly said, my wife has the tickets we are in section 102, row K seats 24-25 - I paid $400 for them please let me back in - they refused - it was very bad and sad - He was not sneaking in as he explained I had the tickets. He tried for 45 min to let him back in then told him to leave. All they had to do was escort him to me and they would see he belonged there. It was totally out of line for them to not help him get back in to enjoy the show with his wife on their anniversary. You need to work on your customer service we are very dissapointed.
