Wow, where do I start, ahh yes at the top. David Edwards a mangr was great, however it quickly goes South from there, the floor personal suck, they are not just the worst in Ca., they may be the worst on the planet. The new dealers don't know the rules of the game, most don't even play (you saw what I wrote, just ask next time you are there, they will tell you they just needed a job and got hired) food staff & menu has changed, too bad. The new staff looks younger and is more eager tool to serve, however they lack the basics when it comes to waiting tables, for example they will approach when called without a me menu or anything in which to take your order down should you know what you want to order. I ordered fries one time, and the waitress said she would bring me me change for the twenty I gave her, while I continued to play I sorta forgot about the change as she did also then she goes on break, I eventually leave and in the me midst of talling me my nights expenditures I realize I paid $20. For ff. I went back and was told by her manger she was on break and I would need to wait until her break was over then she could bring me the change. I wondered why he didn't just get it for me in stead he went be back to collaborating with staff, another waitress noticed I was just waiting around and said she would get for me. Overall my last three visit have brought me to this decision to never go to betfair hollywood park again.
