I was so excited to be able to do something with my family for a change because your website said you offered wheelchair and scooter rental as I have a vein disease and am unable to walk so we drove 40 miles and arrived before you opened in order to get one of the first come first served scooters but when we arrived we were told you didnt have that service. Thanks for crushing my excitement and ruining my day while I sat in my car in the shopping center parking lot across the street for 3 1/2 hours while my family went in to enjoy the fair. Why in the HELL did you advertise this service when in fact it was clearly not there???????? Im sure you knew before the fair started that you were not going to have this service so what is the reason you didnt delete this from your website?????? EXTREMELY unprofessional. I wonder how many other people with disablities had to forego a fun outing because of your false advertising! As i said, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
