Disappointed - new ownership is not on top of the cleaning, quality of the room (Royal Tower), reservations for dinner lost twice and then we were left with crappy times, gambling was a nightmare with totally incompetent bosses. We got other peoples requests for towels and blankets, other peoples gifts and room service and never got the things we asked for! I have been going here for 20 years, and this is the worst experience I have had with them. Grounds, paint, broken lights, just not the same as I used to be, they have some serious work to get back up to par. Maybe it is all the deep discounts they are offering - no money to fix things and lack of staff to take care of things.
