Awful experience. Today we went to Thunder Ridge to give my daughter her first ski lesson. Paid $91 and the place was MOBBED. The parking was out of control, when we got there 30 minutes early we had to wait on ridiculously long lines for helmet, boots and skis. By the time we were done, my daughter was in tears and we were now a half hour late for our lesson. Outside was mayhem. I asked three people where her instructor and group was, and no one knew. Went inside and asked for a manager. What a nasty woman. She didnt care to hear what was wrong, I told her anyway and she gave me a snarky "well it just snowed". I told her to have more staff. I got my refund and will NEVER come back. At least the instructors tried to help btut he rest of the staff was miserable and I coult beleive this woman was a manager. What a joke! They didnt even TRY to make this right. You know why? THEY DONT CARE!
