The Wildwood is easily the best casino in Cripple Creek. I've gambled in just about every casino in the town. The old down-town casinos have difficult parking arrangements often forcing you to walk nearly a block, drinks are not free in all of them, and some have no food. The Wildwood is new, modern, very comfortable and nicely decorated rustic architecture. Drinks are free. Cocktail waitresses are fast. Parking is next to the building. The food is very good. They have $3 Blackjack tables and a $1 pass line on the craps table (unheard of) It is the very first Casino you see coming into town from Colorado Springs. If an evening of a little gambling and a good meal in a fun and relaxing atmosphere is in your plans, there is no need to drive any further.
