Customer service is the worse. I am not a gambler but appreciate drinks wherever. I can't believe that my husband and friend AND I got kicked out, not to mention we bought the beers and we were not allowed to finish it. We had to leave anything unfinished. Crappiest customer service ever. I just think people that are gamblers and drunkards don't care because they are drunk all the time and this place takes advantage of it. Great job! Matrix is better! I WAS NICE ABOUT IT AND THEY DON't care about people! I guess if you are a a degenerate gambler, than u don' t care about service in general. I feel bad for you! Keep going back to these places because obviously they only suck your money and nothing else. Wow! I think anyone has to tolerate it just to get service late at night,but the bartenders are really bad, not worth tipping! They tell you that you can't drink anymore and also made drinks that we didn't order! Thank you bay 101 you are the worse with service! Not normal people would ever go to this place only degenerate gamblers! It's ok that you lose all your money here but it's not ok to give good customer service! If I could give zero stars I would!
