Bally's Atlantic City was the worst experience we have ever had!!! I booked online a night at Bally's. I didn't get that. We got a horrible night at their out of date, loud, dirty, building called Claridge Tower. OMG!!!! so gross and dirty. I asked for an ocean view. You need binoculars to see the ocean!!! It's NOT what I booked!!!!!! Heater kept us up all night, not to mention the VERY thin walls. Seriously, I had to hear a couple fight from early in the morning. Sand in the tub, we never made it to the beach, where did it come from. Long hair in the bathroom. Ordered WIFI, paid for it. It didn't work. Ordered a movie, so much static had to turn it off in hopes we could watch it later. Well you can't!!!!! It was important for me to have the room close to the casino. I booked Bally's because I love the Wild Wild West. Having just had my knee replaced, we were unable to get to the Wild, Wild West. The distance was too far. I have never been so disappointed in my life. And the customer service at Bally's, sucks. They just don't care about the comfort and well being of their customers! Dinner at the SIX Bistro was a joke!!! 15 mins before the waiter Tony,came over to us, he doesn't apologize, just takes our drinks, after 10 mins he comes back, puts it on our table and walks away. He had to see the large "Y" shaped crack in the wine. Too bad I didn't...not much of a nick, but nevertheless! We asked the hostess where our server Tony was and she said, Oh probably in the kitchen, he hangs back there! I told her about the wine, well, that was too bad for me! FINALLY, he comes back takes my glass and mumbles something as he walks away. You would of thought, I put the crack in the wine glass. Our order finally came and of course, it's not what I ordered. Again, he drops the dinner and runs. He passes us at one point puts the check on the table and leaves, no...I'm sorry for all the trouble. Nothing, we weren't offered coffee or dessert. He gave us the check and bolted. UGH! The girl at check out told us, too bad you didn't like your stay.....it doesn't matter what you book, it's a bate and switch at Bally's. The girl at check out told us, more than likely you don't get what you request. WHAT!? SERIOUSLY!? OMG!!!!!!!! NEVER, NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!
