My first time in AC, booked a room at "Bally's" and ended up in the run-down "Claridge" hotel with only a map of Caesar's. You couldn't even see out the windows they were so dirty. When we called the front desk to request a different room, they wouldn't help us. When we asked for a room-service menu, it took asking 2 more times and 24 more hours to get one. The pool costs extra and we were told incorrect pool hours. The hot tubs were filthy and full of kids; a loudspeaker kept interrupting to announce that kids weren't allowed in them. Customer service was nil and we were generally disappointed.
