HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! ESPECIALLY FOR BEING ONE OF THEIR SO CALLED VIP ELITE MEMBERS. I FEEL LIKE MY BUISNESS TO THEM DOESNT MATTER. AFTER MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AGAIN TONIGHT I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I WAS UNFAIRLY RIPPED OFF (VERY LONG STORY) TONIGHT AND THE CASINO MANAGER WAS NO HELP. I GUESS THE 30-50K I LOSE AT CASINOS IS NOT ENOUGH TO GET FAIR TREATMENT WHEN ANOTHER PLAYER ROBS YOU... AND THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT. THE LADY WHO ROBBED ME WENT TO SECURITY GIVING THEM A B/S STORY AND THEY TREATED ME LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG WITHOUT KNOWING ALL OF THE FACTS. I WAS TOTALLY IN THE RIGHT AND GOT RIPPED OFF... IM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. HOPE THE $500 WAS WORTH LOSING MY BUISNESS. I DONT ASK FOR MUCH BUT WHEN SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS MAKE IT RIGHT!!!
