It's a nice facility, but not nice enough for what they charge. We had to stand around at will call for our concert tickets, because they didn't get them printed and had to go work that out. A simple "Sorry" is all we got. In most situations that would be fine, but when a place charges top dollar for every service they offer...they should offset their mistake with a discount, or drink ticket, or something. There was a glass wall (frosted on the bottom half, clear on the top) between the main room of our hotel and the bathroom. That's weird. I love my wife, but I don't need to see her when she's taking care of business and I'm relaxing on the hotel bed before our concert. We spent $250 for a basic room, and just didn't get what I expected. The heater was loud every time it kicked in. The walls were thin...we could hear our neighbors clear as a bell. The TV was very small. You have to pay extra to use their internet. And they charge $3.00 each, if you drink the $.50 bottles of water they leave in the room. To spend that much, on a basic hotel room, I'd think they could include a few basic services to make you feel welcome. Especially the bottled water thing. I'm mean seriously! I'm pretty sure it cost them less than $1 for those 2 bottles of water. You can't just throw those in? I'd stay there again if I could get a room for around $100-$150.
