I came to Celebration Town Tavern at 9pm on a Wednesday after work, and there was no wait at all. Parking was a pain, since there's no lot - I had to street park 3 blocks away. Once we all arrived, the 5 of us were seated quickly by the friendly server. The drink selection is MASSIVE and very well priced - where in CA can you say that you got Lambic for less than $10?? I ordered the filet and lobster tail, and I must say, it did not disappoint at ALL! I was kind of skeptical of ordering lobster at a tavern, but I'm SO glad I did - it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, especially dipped in the clarified butter that it's served with. The filet was perfectly medium rare, although my coworker who ordered the same thing said hers was overcooked. In terms of seasoning, the filet was a bit bland, which is where I docked the star. For $40+, I think the filet shouldn't taste like it's lacking. Overall, I liked Celebration Town Tavern VERY much, although next time, I'll probably just get two lobster tails ;)
