A massive disappointment. We went for dinner at this restaurant with four adults and 3 children. The food is very expensive and we could not taste the worth. The service was poor with waiters and waitresses were aloof and surly. When the time came to pay the bill, they insisted we paid an 18% service charge. Its my understanding that the tip should reflect the standard of service received. When we challenge the amount, we were surrounded by the staff and they demanded that we pay the 18%. We were never not going to leave a tip but we thought $50 was excessive, for the standard of service. We go to Kissimmee four times a year, so by demanding the 18% they have lost out on any repeat business. Their loss not ours.
