Rename it ACCIDENTAL. Disgusting non-food. Absolutely horrendous service. Wouldn't even call it service... They refuse to give you ANYTHING that's not convenient to them and roll their eyes at every corner. Maybe this place used to be good... Maybe some people who have visited haven't spent time at other more refined resorts and restaurants. (I've worked/played at 3-5 stars in DC and vacationed at 3-5 stars in Europe, Middle East and Continental US.) This place was a nightmare. They don't cater to your needs and severely take advantage of the all-inclusive nature. We actually spent half the week using my CC rewards to use the beach/bar at the Hyatt next door: SO MUCH NICER!!!
