The only reason I stayed here was for the low rates and the amount of people I was travelling with. What a mistake that was. The location is inconvenient, but I knew that before I went. I would have rather stayed across the street at the Riviera for a little extra. I would encourage people to stay at a better hotel, closer to the main part of the strip. The only way I'd go back is with children, and even that would be uncertain. The place was stinky EVERYWHERE. Walking down the corridor right near the wedding chapel, it smelled like a thousand baby diapers, or an overloaded sewer that exploded all over the walls. The check-in wait time was horrible. We booked 2 rooms and requested to be near family in another room, but they placed us improperly and we had to settle for disgusting smoking rooms with a wonderful view of the rooftop air conditioning units as a result. The rooms were so stinky, it stunk up our luggage and clothing, and was nauseating, and a maid had to come and coat the room with air freshener, which didn't even work. One of my family members actually got sick from all the fumes. The wait time for the "player's club" card was ridiculous. Every part of the casino smelled heavily of smoke. The carpets were old and disgusting, and the place doesn't look like it has been touched or cleaned since the 70s. Most of the restaurants were closed too, and we had to settle on a hot dog place (which has cheap, huge hot dogs). The only positive things about this place was the hot dog place, the bar, and getting out of the place to see other hotels. They need to demo the whole place and rebuild it. If you're on a budget, I implore you to spend a little extra money and stay somewhere nicer.
