super place, but i only give it two stars due to the disorganization of the staff and management. We called their hotel reservation line only to be told there were no vacancies for a Thursday night. So I quickly open my laptop and book a room online. No rooms my ass. I have stayed here many times and damn near did not return due to some moron on the phone lines. Then when I asked at the front desk, the girl kinda blew me off as they were having issues with keys on the 11th floor not working. Sad after traveling almost 11 hours to be treated this way . Would never happen in Vegas ,especially to players card members with tons of points..which apparently are not worth a damn thing. but hey we win $ here sometimes,. and the new remodels make it very cool, but the staff and customer service SUCKS, so it doesn't matter how beautiful the place is... TIP # 1 BYOB and mixer before you show up as unless you are in Toby Keith's getting "it" broken off in ya, you will never find a drink. so party in room first. TIP # 2 Refer to tip #1 , good luck
