Horrible experience at this hotel this weekend. First of all the check in time was almost an hour and that is usually the case at this hotel. The rooms are outdated by at least a decade. In our room there are stains on the carpet, beds, and all the furniture is old dirty and cracked. The king sized bed (which is actually a queen) we requested had human sized sink holes on both sides of the bed where people sleep. There were mysterious white stains on the carpet. The tv had exposed wires coated in several dense layers of dust. Lastly not all the lamps even worked! When this was brought to the managers attention he was not surprised though he did offer us a room on a higher floor. This room was only marginally better as it was not as stained as the last. However other hotel guests were up to 4 am yelling on our floor and the entire floor smelled horrible from the guests partying. We finally told the front desk as they didn't notice for 16 hours the floor smelled so bad and they comped us a breakfast. Last, the shuttle service is a joke!!! If you are not a seven stars member be prepared to wait hours to get a shuttle to the boatdwalk. If you are anything less than seven stars or diamond you are the back of every long line at this hotel. I understand the reason why vip people come first just please get more busses then so everyone has a chance to get where they are going. It's annoying to be trapped on the property or have to keep paying for jitneys. Last night's sleep on the bed has destroyed my back and I really can't wait until this nightmare is over.
