Overview
Norwegian Breakaway is a cruise ship operated by Norwegian Cruise Line. Construction of Norwegian Breakaway began on 21 September 2011, when the first piece of steel was cut at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany.
She is 146,600 GT in size, and has capacity for 3,963 passengers, double occupancy. The ship has a total of 1,024 staterooms and 238 suites, designed by Priestmangoode and Tillberg Design.

DID NOT ENJOY THIS SHIP
The Internet package I paid $$169 froze every other second I barely used the package because it froze all the time the shows were not that great. The food was not that great. It was not much to do. There was not enough activities that didn’t cost money everything seemed to cost, including the fact that I put money on my account and when I went into the casino, they charge me to get that money back and it wasn’t just a couple of pennies. It was ATM Fees. I’m not happy with how NCL has treated me on this trip. I’m not sure I will ever go on the breakaway again I need something better.
