Grandiosa Review
Food and room were great. Ship seemed quite crowded and noisy. Casino area was very smokey. Bars and entertainment areas were very busy and often times hard to get a seat. Nightly shows were good.

First time sailing with MSC
Very nice ship overall. Noisier than Princess ships, but probably due to younger and more passengers. (I’m old!). Dining room fare was wonderful. Casino was one of the best. Nice variation of older and newer machines. I only played slots and did well! No jackpots, but definitely paid for the trip. Slots seemed a little looser than other cruise lines. No matter how busy the casino got, you could always find a good machine to play.

Beautiful Big Ship - Hard Workers Everywhere
Ship is beautiful and well layed out with an awesome large smoking section next to the pool on the Lido deck, as opposed to Carnival where you're only allowed to smoke outside, exposed to whatever weather there is. The bed was HARD, and the 'mattress pad' was only a very ineffective extra bed cover. This was annoying and seven nights of sleeping uncomfortably. Buffet was descent but not exceptional. Excursions were 'good' except they cancelled the Nassau one that we wee really looking forward to. All the workers were hardworking and nice - at every level. The casino was smaller than I'd hoped but it worked well enough and was not unkind. The first few days it took more than twenty minutes standing in line to get a beverage on the Lido deck and in the Casino. This changed by the end of the cruise. Disembarkation rocked - if you carry all of your luggage off then you can leave the ship between six and nine, as you wish. Best disembarkation ever.

Beautiful Ship
Ship is beautiful in common areas, however, in the halls many stains on carpets, lack of vacuuming or clean up shows. The slots where loose on the first day, very tight after that. Smaller casino, than other ships ive been on. If you get "free" drinks in casino, its only while your playing and they hardly every come by for drink service. I maybe had 4 drinks the entire cruise due to the lack of service.
