Great Weekend Cruise
I went for a 3 day weekend cruise to the Bahamas. The service was fantastic. The food was really good. The ship sparkles like new and the entertainment was great. The parties at night were fun. The casino was busy and although I did not see anyone hit it big, everyone seemed to be having a good time. I wish the blackjack tables were more player friendly. The rules they play under just do not make them playable games unless you are a $50 or higher player.

Great time at the Getaway
I haven’t been on NCL since 2019 when COVID-19 started; the ship is beautiful, the food was great and there was variety in the entertainment. I enjoyed the Great Stirrup Cay too. Regarding the customer service I was not impressed but it was ok. I saw my stateroom attendant only once and it was because I called on the phone. Casino had many machines but they were not paying, only one gave me a $292 pay out while on free games. It was the new slot machine of Stinkin Riches called Stinkin link.

Complementary food quality
Hi Usually I don't write reviews, but this trip it was way below the expectations for a comped cruise compared to the other luxury ships we went too.. The complementary food quality was awful we had to spend more money in specialty dining on top of the cash. We dump in the casino for a Comped cruise... The crew there were super exhausted to the point that they can't do an excellent or friendlier customer service .. I would urge NCL ...do not push your crew to the limits in order to get better customer service, My teenage daughter order a soup then found a piece of a paper in her soup at the Manhattan dining room and all what we get from the Manager Maria is ....an apologie.., We spend over $4000 for a 3 night cruise that's supposed to be Comped to get this kind of service ... very disappointed. Please keep me in mind if there is a better and newer NCL cruise ships ,celebrity or Royal Caribbean to go to in the future that provides cleaner bathrooms , excellent quality, food and better customer service in order for me to justify spending money at ncl casinos or any others in this matter Thank you for reading ,

Average Cruise
We just got off a comped cruise. We didn’t have any issues with service except our room steward didn’t make our room up one day. It was the private island day. There was a second ship there and the island was so crowded that it took people an hour to get a drink. We stayed on board in the Vibe section. The ship was clean and I got another comp cruise voucher. We had heard good things about the food but were disappointed. The food was bland except for the desserts. It wasn’t my favorite cruise but we enjoyed it enough to sail it again.

Norwegian No Go!
The ship itself is nice, but the customer service was next-level horrendous! Almost every passenger you talked to or simply overheard, was complaining about the lack of customer service and their so-called convenience fees of 20 percent on everything. Even comped, you end up paying the equivalent of a full-price cruise. Servers stand around and don't serve in the dining areas and bars. The service was so bad, I wanted to end my trip early.

Loved everything about this ship! Some changes have been made since Covid but that’s to be expected.
