The ship was amazing. Te decor , the food , everything on the ship is absolutely wonderful. The crew is excellent. The shows were fabulous and the casino was Poppin.

The ship is very well laid out. Central Park is delightful with real plants, birds, dining venues. The casino has tripled the non- smoking area, added new games and was a much needed upgrade.

Absolutely loved every minute! Weather was perfect, great food, wonderful staff and awesome casino! Pesky 🦜 drinks are so yummy. Our son’s first time to gamble on a cruise and he loved Baccarat! Devils lock was on 🔥!

As with Dragon Links the ship has raised the Phoenix Link machines. The only one cent slots left is More Huff and Puff in the smoking area. Overall on Utopia is a big numbers game. Very low lay out- I was playing for next cruise.

The ship is amazing, crew extremely professional, casino is great. Every slot is a possibility. Truly has a non smoking side. A few of the Phoenix Link machines were down off and on. The Dragon Links were available on both smoking and nonsmoking sides. Overall a great experience.

Liked - Has a lot of shops/bars and eateries on Promenade deck. Windjammer buffet has a multitude of cuisines available and the Solarium Bistro is very nice - outdoor area from Bistro is Adult only but kids go with parents for breakfast and lunch - dinner is no fee but by reservation . Casino is large and Studio B Casino is non smoking and quite large also. Shows were good - especially the Ice Spectacular Ice Skating show. Lots of No Fee things for kids and adults to do - Water slides/Zip Line/Flow Rider/Rock Climbing... Disliked - computerized elevator system - guess that is the new thing... Seems ADA requirements are a little lax for Studio B shows - only 3 spots for people with scooters and walkers and an entire row of seats at the back of the venue was filled with able bodied passengers and a second row of about 12 seats was reserved but only 2 people filled it. Those seats didn't require walking down stairs... Casino Slots were pretty tight and chips for tables start at $5 with $25 min on Roulette. Craps table was $10 min and did have $1 chips because of the game requirements on the #6 and 8.

First of all I haven't been on Royal over 15 years and this ship was beautiful The balcony StateRoom was probably the most cleanest cabin I've ever been in I always wipe it down and it was very clean. The food was okay but for boarding for lunch you get Lobster and had jumbo shelled shrimp in the marketplace and the last night they were serving snow crabs claws which I thought was pretty good for dinner. I love seafood.I had the drink package I thought the drinks were okay but was really hard to get one you enjoyed and go to another bar and have them make it and it won't taste the same. I'm bored it's seeing if they really like sweet drinks and I don't like real sweet drinks we ate in the steakhouse the first night it was okay but I don't think it was amazing I had the phone in ribeye and it was very thin like I said it was just okay I also ate in the sushi restaurant sat outside in Central Park was beautiful listen to jazz music that was really good I'm used to Carnival and the bars there are awesome. The staff on the Utopia was very good. The thing that really impressed me was boarding and embarkation. I was off the ship within 20 minutes having over 6,000 people on board I was shocked very very organized. The casino I only went in the non-smoking was okay I wish they were more machines that were in the smoking area. I never got a jackpot with my wins and losses I think I lost $1,300 saw a few jackpots with those people were playing very heavy 25 and up on their pushes I was betting between two and $6 a push

Had an awesome time on the new Utopia! Beautiful ship with a ton of things to do and the most amazing shows of any of the last 26 cruises I have been on in the last two years!! Aqua and Ice shows are a must!!
