URComped receives a report from the cruise lines about two weeks after the end of the month, which is used to update customers' offers on the URComped site. If players receive a certificate onboard their cruise, it can be booked right away, even before the report is received.

In urgent cases where customers need to book something before the end of the month, a one-off can be done with the cruise partner who already has the customer's play data in their system.
