When a player signs up for URComped you are immediately assigned a host, but you usually don't interact with your host until you request a trip. Players can view their individual host under "My Profile" and "Meet My Host." 

You can view who your host is under My Profile> Meet My Host 

Once a player requests or claims an offer it will go to their host, who will reach out to the player to get the necessary information to book the trip. If you have a question now, however, you can reply to any of the weekly emails from URComped and your reply will be automatically sent to your host. You can also text your host at 972-788-1785 or email at host@ib.urcomped.com.
