The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! Never again. Beds are like concrete, the beddings and pillows are filthy, ceiling is falling down, pipes under the sink are leaking on your feet and the restaurant closes at 10:00 pm. The casino isn’t even on the premis and you have to walk a block to get there. They charge you the entire bill the day you check in and if you leave before, they don’t reimburse your money. Spoke to the credit card company and explained to them the situation which I didn’t stay at the hotel and The credit card reimbursed my money. Don’t ever stay at this place! Not worth the money and time!

seria el ultimo hotel que volveria.muy poca atencion al cliente. Los banos son pesimo y por la noche ni agua para banarse. El desayuno malisimo calientan lo que sobro del dia anterior.

Facility needs attention on the room aspect small details such as blown bulbs and total freshness of the facility.. the lobby has potential to be more comfortable as no ac and no background music to have that grand ambience. Staff is awsome and very accommodating best ever. They make the difference all around.

..phone to call reception not working hair dryer not working ...not even a bar of soap in the bathroom ... clean but very tired hotel rooms shame they didn't spend on rooms instead of reception area

hotel is located in center of city, in the mornings Hotel offers free and relatively rich breakfast from 7:00 to 10: 30. Room service did not replace all bed shits it appears they only fix around the room. Otel restaurant is not easily accessible. i tried to place an order they didnt have what they listedon menu. They make mistake still sent half order that I didn't mean to order as they didn't have what i wanted to order. I tried to explain it to front desk and person who attempted to deliver food. both were not helpful and rude. Front desk did not speak English which made matter worse. They charged me 680 posses for an order that i didn't receive. (Parmesan chicken which normally cost half of that price) . They demanded the payment anyway. It appeared about more than half of customers were English spoken people yet staff at night did not speak any English.
Also they did not carry any dollars although they accept dollars. Staff at front desk didnt seem to care about their customers.
Internet works very well in all floors without any password. price varies for each customers. Online advertised prices usually starts with $90 .
