We had a hair in two out of our four pasta entrees. We had to ask for the manager. She was chatting with two friends at the bar. Then, instead of sincerely apologizing, the manager gave us the excuse in her 7 years this has never happened. She then walked back to her friends and continued chatting with them. We received little to no apology from the manager or the server and were treated as if we planted the two hairs.

Make sure you have a reservation and are dressed nice otherwise you will be seated in the bar area to be ignored by the wait staff. Oh and you only get menus if you ask for one instead of being provided with one when seated. Wait staff has serious attitude problem.

nice furnitures and settings.
Linguine and gnocchi were both way too salty. Veal was good but it is after all a deep fried dish, so hard to go wrong. We sent linguine back to be remade, and they ended up double charging us. The error was fixed but there were no apologies for sub-par food nor billing errors. I left without eating most of my food.

Excellent from the beginning to the end, not a cheap place but it's worth it, great wines, great food, excellent service, a tip: don't miss the tuna tartar and the black truffle pasta, also the desserts are out of this world
