The service was awful! You can expect better service in McDonalds. The bus boy expected us to clear the table for him as we were rushed out by the waiter. Who asked us 3 times if we needed our food to go in the middle of dinner! Food was ok,not worth the money. would not recommend!

Very disappointing. Extremely over priced. $230 for 2 average steaks, 2 sides and 3 glasses of wine. Service was OK its nowhere near worthy of the fine dining price tag.

The service was awful! You can expect better service in McDonalds. The bus boy expected us to pile all the dishes and the silverware. I’m sorry but I did not come to a steak house to clean by own table. The waiter was rude and rushed us out. Food was ok... would not recommend!

This place is definitely expensive... But I have to say, it's worth it. Aside from charging for water, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent.
I would definitely recommend going here at least once. And try the lobster Mac and cheese.

Its best to have a reservation here because they are usually full. The food here is great. The staff are super. They really try to get customers to enjoy their visit. The price is relatively high but you do get what you pay for and more.

Made reservations months in advance for 8 and when we arrived, no table was ready but there were plenty of accommodated parties of 8 or more. Management was unapologetic when confronted about the discrepancy. Food was great. Service was mediocre. And when compared with the other “Fine Dining” options at the Atlantis resort, this definitely feels more like a Chili’s than a 5-Star resort’s premier restaurant.

Catch of the day was grilled grouper and it was pretty good. The better half had the tuna but that was under cooked and wasn't that good. Service was good. The highlights were the birthday singing by the staff. Nice place.

Very disappointed with my experience at sea fire steakhouse. For a place where you will be spending 50-70$ per steak, you should expect perfection. This was far from it. The steak was cold when it came out of the kitchen (almost as if they had reheated it) and the sides were pretty mediocre (the mashed potatoes were microwave quality). When we asked the waiter to heat up the steak, they simply took the same piece, put it on the grill, and made it well done (when I had asked for medium). Overall, the food was the same quality as a local steak house in the US, but charged quadruple the price. I would stay away.
