Nice hotel, but they only had two people working at the desk when we checked in. I know it’s the off-season, but shouldn’t a hotel be prepared to help all of its guests? Also, the pool said that no kids were allowed past 10pm, but it didn’t seem enforced at all- just wanted to have a relaxing time with my girlfriend. We called the front desk, about it. So many kids in there, it seemed almost dangerous with that amount.
Also, the majority of these reviews are negative, and all the responses from the “owner” were just copy and paste replies. Do they even care? Where is their “Yes I Can!” attitude they speak of?? Maybe they will if I contact the Better Business Bureau. Not staying here again, and if you’re reading this, stay at the Resorts instead, not here.
