It's cool. But they are in very very need of a motel. A good motel in deed. Love their games though.

Cornucopia Buffet

This was our first time in Tunica since Penn National purchased Bally’s (now 1st Jackpot). We play a lot at Hollywood St Louis and we wanted to use our comps at the buffet. We were told by the buffet cashier that we didn’t have any comps. When we swiped at the kiosk, we had over $30. I don’t understand how this was even an issue. We were hungry, so we payed full price. It was the most disgustingly dirty place I’ve ever ate at. The quality of food was so poor, it was not edible. As I mentioned in other reviews, it is becoming very evident over the years how Penn Gaming and all of the other property owners are neglecting certain aspects of their properties. It’s sad to see what’s happening to Tunica & I hope they turn it around. At each casino we visited, the staff was rude, showed no sign of hospitality, and they made it very evident that they don’t care. This was at the 4 locations we visited. When I go anywhere, I want to feel welcomed and appreciated. Not too long ago, I got that in Tunica. Unfortunately not during this trip.

Cornucopia Buffet

First time ever visiting this place (last night)and my experience at the buffet was terrible. They seem to have been under staffed and the buffet was empty mostly ( there was one cook doing his best to fill the buffet)there was hardly anything on the dessert buffet besides chocolate cake everything else was empty. .. My waitress was on her phone most the time and never came to my table to offer refills or to see if we needed anything. .. She was rude to another guest and didn't seem to want to answer their questions or serve them. ..

It has been a long time since I frequented this establishment . It was Ballys then. We ate the 5 dollar lunch buffet for seniors. The food was awesome. Everything was fresh and hot. They had a large selection of food. I would highly reccomend this buffet.

Much money as a person play, you barely can hit a bonus. And the waitresses who suppose to serve you drinks act like they don't want to serve you (not all of them, but some) that's if you get your drink at all. Restaurant service is great. And last, but not least, much money as I play, my player card's showing I've not acquired any points. My card's reading says to See Service Desk for Assistance. But the assistant's saying everything alright. Something's wrong because I'm not getting my rewards. I guess I'll have to go up the road a little farther because 1st Jackpot ain't hitting on NOTHING!!!!

Some cool new machines since the new name change. Do not be thirsty down here, the wait time on a drink is slim to never. The bathrooms could use a better cleaning routine. The Silo eating area was nice and my food was great. I like the new system of gaining points for card upgrades. Thats a plus.

It was ok. Would have been better if the slots paid enough to keep you playing. Like they used to. They don't do that anymore. Asked a waitress for coffee and she "forgot me" so it was an hour before I got my coffee. By then I was ready to go home.
