Nobu Restaurant

We had the chef omakase ($225) and a bottle of white wine. The food was okay but it was disappointing overall. The waiter said the 8 dishes for chef omakase was based on “seasonal” ingredients. However there was barely any variety of ingredients..it was lot of shrimp and tuna. What was most disappointing of all was that there was too much fried food. We expected fresh raw seafood for that price not fried shrimp. Overall I personally would not recommend this course unless you want Westernized-Overpriced Japanese food.

Nobu Restaurant

Just a sublime meal, that's all I can say. With my 22 year old child, from the seating to the service to the food, everything was perfect. It is NOT Nobu new york, different vibe, but the food was great. From the yellow fin that melts in your mouth, to the miso soup that tastes like something not just water like everywhere else, to the wagyu pot stickers (34 dollars who cares) was just great service was friendly and professional. Just a great time an a great meal. FYI

Overpriced for what you get! Great food, but the wait between dishes was ridiculous. We opted for the “chefs choice” and the first few dishes were timed nicely. However, for the remainder of dinner our party had to wait around 20 minutes between dishes. For $125 a piece (food only), I expect a better experience. We have been here for two hours now and still not done. Annoyance has overcome flavor...

Nobu was in Las Vegas was delicious, however, I feel like my mother and I were totally taken advantage of. First of all, they charged me for more waygu steak than we actually had--the reason I know this is because I took a video of the steak being lit on fire on the rocks). Also, when I ordered a bottle of wine I thought it was the cheapest on the red wine menu and I told our waiter that, however, somehow I got a $330.00 bottle of wine. He asked why I chose that wine and I said it was because that was the cheapest. Why did he not correct me? At the beginning of dinner we were looking at the chef special priced around $300 each--which we were more than willing to spend, we are foodies and we have no problem spending money on good food. After speaking to our waiter though, he persuaded us to go with a menu that the chef would put together for us. He said that we would get more "bang for our buck" and we would get to try more of the menu. He asked us questions and depending on our preferences--that is how the meal was created. Since he said we would get more bang for our buck, we went with this option rather than the $300 chef special. BIG MISTAKE. After a beautiful dinner, we got a bill of $1,300.00. Yes you read that right, $1,300.00 FOR ME AND MY MOTHER. I was full, but not thirteen hundred dollars full. I will never be going back to Nobu and feel we have been totally taken advantage of.

Fresh food, excellent service. I would suggest having your wait staff plan the menu for you and bring the items to your table. If you're lucky to have Scott and Tyler, you'll experience a wonderful treat. We'll be back.

It was my fiancé’s birthday and wanted to do something special. I have been to one of the other locations before she had not. It was her first experience. We have both eaten all around the world, and we both agree, whiskey and sushi have been ruined for us! We will never find anything that remotely compares to Nobu. It was the absolute best dining experience either of us have ever experienced and we can assure you, we will be back. Thank you for making the night so special for her, and us. * We both highly suggest letting them decide what you eat. Tell them keep the menus, and let them do what they do best!

I can not tell you how many times my wife and I have eaten here since moving to Las Vegas. If you only came for the food you would be set. But the service is right there too. From the moment we enter, every time the hostess remembers us. Our regular servers, Jay, Tyler, Scott and Ryan all provide wonderful and amazing dining experiences. It really is great to see how different servers put the menus to the test for us. Recently we ate at the sushi bar and that experience was awesome as well On our most recent visit we did the Nobu Teppanaki experience. This is one not to miss. I really can not say enough good things about this place. It’s one of only 3 vegas restaurants that I feel are worthy of coming to the strip to eat if you live here.

The dinner we had was an experience and not just eating great food. The cuisine was a show itself with changing textures and contrasting flavors. One of the best dinners I’ve ever had.
