We had the black bean burger and guacamole. The burger was great! Guacamole was ok. The place was clean and the service was good. A good place to take the family!

Great food, great service, clean bathrooms, awesome lunch menu, soups are all delicious !!! This Chili's has improved greatly over a year ago when we went and were not impressed, service was bad. It's our favorite lunch spot now, it has great choices, I especially love the endless soup & salads, the half sandwiches are plenty big, taste great, even the atmosphere is pleasant, great music playing, but not so loud you can't talk to each other. Something has definitely changed there, management and crew, and we love it!

We quit coming here a few years ago because of bad service but decided to try it again. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good and we were served quickly.

I visit this Chili's for lunch quite frequently, because I am a fan of the food, and when I dine in, my experience is good. However, each time I pick up to go, I am sadly disappointed. I usually wouldn't leave a bad review, but this is my 3rd to go order that I have been unhappy with. A few weeks ago, I ordered the salmon with broccoli, and there was mold on my broccoli. I called and spoke with management, and the manager comped the salad that I ordered at my next visit. (That salad was delicious as always, it was the Caribbean Shrimp salad). But today, when I went to pick up my food, ( I arrived exactly at the time I was prompted that it would be ready), it was sitting on the counter, as I waited about 10 minutes to pay, while more orders were piled onto the counter, and my food was cold, the contents of my soup were soggy, and I ended up throwing the soup away after tasting a couple of bites. My rice had a huge chunk of dried rice in it. My grilled chicken was juicy and flavorful, but cold, and I was unable to enjoy my lunch as planned. I hope that the To Go Service improves, as I really wish to continue getting food from there, and I feel like it should be safe to order other items than salads and be able to enjoy them to the fullest, even though you are taking them to go. :(

Waited to be seated, even though there were at least 4 empty tables that hadn’t been bussed yet. Waitress was ok. Food did not come out together. They forgot two of our orders. Hamburgers were over cooked and not to order. Manager blamed the entire evening on full employment and not being able to find help on the Island. Skip this Chili’s. Pretty bad doesn’t begin to cover it.

Good food. And sit in bar. Waitstaff is excellent. Last week we had Kristina for a waitress. Great service. Love their happy hour.

Food was good as was the service. Server was excellent. I did have to wait a few minutes for someone to notice I was there and to seat me. The greeter did not seem to appreciate being disturbed from what she was doing.
And, for the first time, after many visits to this location, there was a "sour" smell. Still, the meal was good and reasonably priced, and normally the atmosphere better, so I still recommend this location.
I might note a minor item: the kiosk on the table was not working and I had to point it out (I use it to pay the bill and register for rewards) and the server had to change the battery and said someone didn't put the batteries on the charger the night before. Small detail but does indicate a lack of management oversight and employee dedication to tasks.

Food was good but our service was AMAZING! Pretty sure our servers name was Christine. She was absolutely fabulous! Friendly, efficient and fast. She brought me my refills and I never had to ask,and she was super sweet to my daughter! I've eaten here a few times and this was by far the best service I've received (here and everywhere else) in a long while. Thank you Christine! You were great and made our trip to the island even better than it already was!

My family and I had sat there for a least 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food and when it came, it was absolutely cold and very upsetting.. Our waiter was sarcastic and very rude. We spoke to the manager and she said that 2 of her cooks did not show up and that they were going to be fired. She did not charge us for the drinks but the statement about her firing her workers was unprofessional. Will not be going back.

💜💜💜💜💜Food was awesome service was awesome. The guy there was patient and very welcoming. He brought our food there quickly and asked many questions to make sure we enjoyed our meals. 💜💜💜💜💜💜(We visited 5/24/18 at 5pm to 6pm)
