Even though they advertise themselves as a luxurious casino, they aren't really. Maybe we visited on a bad time, but the roulette and blackjack tables were mostly empty, and the staff wasn't very enthusiast. The entire indoors could use some renovation and restyling.
Of course, it's a casino, so you have numerous slot games, they do bring food around and some of the drinks are for free (no Spa water though).

Located in centre of Spa. Small casino for those who wishes to gamble in Ardennes. Besides the natural hot springs.

Sympa pour passer une soirée entre amis, mais la nourriture n'est vraiment pas au top.

Se faire refuser l'entrée parce que la mademoiselle qui s'occupe de l'entrée, n'aimes pas les nouveaux arrivants et se permet de juger les gens sans même les avoir vu ! Je trouve cela désolant sachant que nous étions de très bonne augure! Comportement exécrable de la part du personnel. J'espère, messieurs, dames, que cela changera par l'avenir car c'est vraiment moche d'être reçu pareillement dans une si belle région. Déçu je suis.

Personnel accueillant et avenant. Très chouette, c'est un lieu où l'on dépense, forcément... La décoration est du style debut du siècle passé et c'est bien entretenu et propre. Très Bien.
