This place has smelled like raw sewage for at least four days now. When you walk in the front doors the smell nearly makes you want to vomit. I will be reporting them to the health board and the Better Business Bureau first thing tomorrow morning.

I was miss led as to why TONY(Big Boss) was treating me like I was a bum looking for a free ride. Before 1/28/2019, I always felt comfortable there. I wold travel 13 miles round trip because I loved it there!! He had a job to do and I needed a break. "It's Not what you say" in customer service, "It's how you say it""!! Enough said!

How delighted we were to visit Casino Fandango. The Rum Jungle Buffet was recommended to us and it was fabulous with delicious selections. Not at all pricey, the options were amazing and very, very fresh. Kudos to the beyond excellent waitresses and cooks - this buffet compares and exceeds the higher ended (higher priced) ones in Las Vegas too. We will return to try the Steak House, but had to rave about the Rum Jungle Buffet first. Note: Get there early as the lines are huge. A real gem in Carson City.

It's the best casino in Carson. The restaurants are all well rounded and good quality. Palm court grill is a standard cafe style eatery with a vast selection it's not the best restaurant but it is generally worth the money. Tiamo is a good Italian restaurant. Dukes is a nice upscale restaurant with good cuts of meat. Rum jungle buffet is okay. It is not typically my go-to buffet but it is a good option if you are you to stay I. Carson. All the bars are well stocked and have great service.

Love the buffet here its soooooo worth the drive and the ribs are cooked to perfection and I mean perfection. Since my first experience here it has become a family tradition oh and it does not smell of smoke which is great for a casino. A little weird compared to vegas casinos but you can tell the owners and employees really have pride in there stuff

Got $10.00 in Freeplay. Way cool. Cocktail waitress comes around quite often. Slots aren't too tight. The buffet is a pretty good bargain and not too bad at that. The place isn't so big that you can't find your way out. I 👍.

Had Thanksgiving Dinner there. Overall very good, considering the amount of people waiting. I held back one star because I feel we could have been treated better during the wait in line. Line moved OK, until we got to the register, they took our money, then informed us there would another wait as we had six in our group. Would have been nice to know that before we paid. It took another half hour of being told where to stand exactly and firmly, while watching smaller parties go ahead. The food was pretty good, for 25 a plate it should be. Everything was up to par with the exception of the Lobster and Crab, It was wet and mushy. Service was pretty good considering how busy it was. Only the second time I've eaten out on Thanksgiving, the prior time was at the Castaway in San Bernardino, they were better in every way! I have been to the regular brunch here, it is a much better experience, to which I would give 5 stars!!

Basic casino, nothing mind blowing. That Dean said it was very clean and the buffet was of a decent quality and had many delicious dishes offered. The parking was very sufficient Andrew me plus there is a movie theater next to it so it definitely fits right in the middle stressing on the better end of the spectrum.
