Convenient shuttle bus service provided on the hour . Very near seoul station, which has lotte mart. Convenient store located just opposite the hotel, along with some restaurants. Also, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and pleasant. :)

The location is good but bad as it's at the top of a hill from Seoul station. I couldn't get a taxi to take me there as the ride was too short for their liking. Walked up the hill and had to go through a parking garage and casino entrance to get in. Room smelled like smoke, and did not have outlets near the bed. Keep curtains drawn in the morning of facing east as the A/C can't keep up with the sun shining in and your room will become a sauna. Lounge service was good, but the food wasn't hot.

My 3rd time in the last 3 months staying at this property, customer service continues to be fantastic, room well cleaned, quiet A/C, and very comfortable bed. Enjoyed breakfast and light dinner in the Executive lounge. Love the close proximity to Seoul Station which I use to access both KTX trains, local metro, and express train to Incheon Airport. Highly recommend this excellent property

Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Great food at International buffet breakfast and lunch . In room dining service as well as food great. Gym and swimming pool are big . Excellent people.

This is one the best hotels I've stayed in Seoul. The rooms are well maintained, clean and most importantly, quiet. Service are excellent. It's no surprise this hotel is one of Forbes top hotels.

My wife and I lived here for a little over 2 weeks after a permanent change in station from the states. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and will go out of their way to be helpful. Continental breakfast is also bangin. Excellent location close to Seoul station. Free shuttles also provided to Seoul station and Itaewon. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Within walking distance of Seoul Station. The hotel is very well equipped. It includes US style electrical outlets in parts of the room. Gold members and above are offered access to the executive lounge which has a great cocktail hour and breakfast. There is a shuttle to Seoul Station and Seoul-Incheon International Airport (ICN).

Housekeeping is very nice, staff is very helpful and staff is English friendly. Rooms are clean and location is near many malls and restaurants. Executive lounge has good food, staff is really friendly and night time cocktails are good.

Typical Hilton. High price level. If your company rate does not include Breakfast it will be expensive. Wifi is like Internet in the 90s. Special Bar offer advertised in the room but bar was closed due to private event.
