I was extremely disappointed with their hotel. The room was not the one I booked and very dirty. I booked a king but they gave us two queen beds. The toilet didn’t flush right, the blankets were stained, and there was hair all over the bath tub. Everything about this hotel looked cheap. I’ve stayed in nicer motels. Housekeeping even walked in on us in the morning without knocking! When we checked out they’re system was down so I had to just write my name on a price of paper. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

It was a very nice hotel casino, the room was clean. I was disappointed there was no coffee machine and a mini refrigerator. The hallway was clean. The staff was very friendly and effective. The "Top of the World" restaurant is one of the best in the world. The view from the restaurant was and is OUTSTANDING to say the least. The food is Awesome. The restaurant is a MUST when coming to Las Vegas. The trip was beautiful.

Everyone here was so kind, such a great place to be! The kids enjoyed staying here and enjoying the rides that they had. The only bad thing was when we arrived to our room the toilet was not working. The good thing was when I called customer service they answered fast and immediately sent someone to fix it! All that aside everything was clean no odors (which is a plus) and our stay was such a good experience.

A nice hotel. They upgraded us upon arrival, but I don't know if it was worth it. The casino downstairs was fun, and they have discount tickets for shows at the front desk. The shopping center was fun to walk around too. Overall, I'd recommend this place as nice, affordable place to stay in Vegas

Checked in quickly, no lines. Room was clean. The view semi-sucked. We had a view of the parking garage but could see mountains in distance. We reserved a room with King bed, instead got 2 Queens. Did get a chance to go to observation deck. Views were breathtaking. Not a lot of options for food outside hotel. We noticed that area outside hotel was dirty. I know that may not be their responsibility but noticed it.

Really, a very good place to stay in Vegas! Reasonably priced! I've stayed in many properties that were MUCH higher priced but I truly can't say they were worth it compared to my room here at the Stratosphere. Great people, good food and fun place. Best view of the strip! I dare you to go on the thrill rides on the top! This 67 year old will ride at least 1 of them! Great, inexpensive comedy show on the Retail level: The Redneck Magician. Loads of fun. Thanks, James!

My wife and I dined at Top of the World for dinner. Not only were the views stunning, the food and service we're equally amazing. Although we were not seated in an "outer ring" table, the inner ring was more comfortable as it faces out the entire time. Afterward, we were able to go up to the observation deck to catch even better views of Las Vegas. Reservations are recommended, but not necessarily required.

Had a great time. Even won some money. Staff were great (except one of the slot techs who replace the money box a night). Room was clean. Price was reasonable. Recommend to anyone.👍👍

This hotel seems to be one of the older hotels in town. Not the very old hotels but it is a little dated. The rooms are not world class. They can be a little run down.It isn't one the main new area but it is on the "Strip" which is the older section of Las Vegas. That being said, there are definitely very unique reasons to come to this hotel. Probably the main one is the incredible view of all of Las Vegas from the top of this hotel. The second would be the insane ride at the top that basically allows you to step from the top of the building and descend to the street supported by a wire guide line. Casino floor is not the largest in Vegas but it isn't terrible and seems to be the most up to date section of the hotel. The one negative is the Buffet which is advertised as being incredible. However, from what I saw it was barely on par with a Golden Corral or Chinese Buffet. This was probably the biggest disappointment for me at the hotel. It is a little far from what most people would call the "main" area of Vegas and you do have to walk through some fairly rough parts to reach the more interesting areas of Las Vegas.

Great casino floor and many things to do within the hotel. The customer service was decent but not excellent. The buffet was good. Radius was a great spot to drink and watch some football. Only reason I won’t give them a 4-5 Star is because they don’t provide simple things other hotel I’ve been to do, such as bath robes and food room service along with the casino floor staff seemed under staffed the whole time. Overall the experience was decent I’d recommend as an affordable option.
