Amazing experience. There is very clear signage telling you anything you need to know. The staff was all incredibly polite and even when they did not know an answer, they all went out of their way to find me one. Even had an employee deny a tip because they didn't feel that they had earned it. For those complaining about not winning, I was down the first day and up the second, it's a casino, that's what happens. Stayed in the Celebrity Suite which was very clean, bedding is incredibly comfortable and the views were amazing, especially at night.
Will definitely be returning to this casino in the near future. Well done.

Slot machines suck! Dumped a lot of money with nothing in return. This has to be the All time worse casino I’ve been in, in years. Waited at the slot machine for drinks that took a very long time to arrive. They said they had a pool. I was all ready to take a break from the gambling floor. Unfortunately when we asked a casino representative how to get to the pool they apologized and said the pool is still being renovated.... The only good thing was the buffet, although it was just equal to Borgata or the others. Will probably give it another shot one day but not too soon... The staff was also nice so they do have that going for them.

Stayed there to enjoy a morning at the pool. No where on their site did it say the pool was not yet opened. So disappointed. They said they were sorry.
Parking garage is a trip. They have garages on different sides of the casino and get this they are colored coded the same. So good luck with that. Nice room.

Wow!!!! Fantastic place. Lots of new slots, food spots and new decor. Friendly staff, and security all around at the opening. Makes you feel that you really let your hair down. Wild card is matched to your highest card level from other AC casinos. Nice place to see great rock memoriblia.

I have been going to Carrie Underwoods concerts since she won American Idol. I was so upset with this crowd. The people in the first row, right in front of us, were talking LOUDLY during her performance, at one point 4 of them stood and had a loud debate about something. The group right behind us was pretty much doing the same thing. This was a big distraction. It was also disrespectful to Carrie. Too much distraction. I was tempted to say something but afraid I would get assaulted by one of them. They acted like they were at some sports event.
Why would someone buy first row seats and act like that. I have never experienced that at any of her other concerts. Security was close by but never said a word.
We were in the second row right in front of the stage. Best seats I ever had. Her performance was outstanding. She never disappoints. She sang her heart out. She just gets better and better. Carrie had to deal with her costumes missing but it didn't affect her performance. She had to find an outfit in AC to wear on stage. My heart went out to her. She's the best. I can't wait for her next concert.
I doubt I will ever see another show at Hard Rock.

I have a Rock Royalty Wild Card which I received on opening day. That came with 2 tickets to see Howie Mandel. I love Howie Mandel and was very excited to go see his show. I received notification via e-mail for the showing yesterday for the showing of 7/2 and 7/3/18. I went on vacation yesterday out of State, so I cannot go to the shows this week, or in one or two days assigned. So, I called the Casino and spoke to a girl there. She was not helpful, non caring about my situation stated those were the days assigned and she could not change them. I explained that I really wanted to see the show, if he was going to have more shows later on could they give me a different day. She was very stern in stating no, no, no, to everything. I thought that as a Rock Royalty I would have a better service from the Casino, but I guess that was not the case and for now I will stay going to the Golden Nugget which I am a Chairman Card holder and they treat me with respect and are more loyal and flexible with their guests like me. If your service doesn't improve for your other guests holding Rock Royalty cards and above your stay open in AC might go under do to poor service. I have seen many here close for the same reason, poor guest service, if we don't go, you will have to go.

Terrific renovation! Absolutely First Class Casino with helpful staff. I'm glad Trump's Dump is gone. The Hard Rock really got it right- from the modern architecture to the latest in high tech video walls. The casino is packed with the latest slots and the tables are fully staffed. The self park garage is now using the full structure so there are many more spaces. The walkway link to the Showboat has been reopened. A bit more finishing and everything will be open! This review June 2018.

Beautiful, lots of slots. But for the video poker fans, no nickel or dime denomination. Not many can afford the multi line poker games in Quarter or above. Rocking royalty lounge very classy. First day maybe not ready, poor presentation, selection and quality of food. I will return, hoping just a rough start. Staff everywhere wonderful. Heard buffet was great! Fix the lounge and easy 5 🌟!!

I'm reviewing this property before it's actual grand opening so I'm sure it'll change next time. The place is beautiful, hands down nicest casino in the city. Customer service was spot on, not your typical Atlantic City employee attitude. Immediately upon waking in you felt at home, not like you were gonna be mugged.. ok, for the bad stuff.. Air conditioning was only working in half the building, you could really feel it when entering certain parts of the casino. I had lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. Or, at least, I tried to.. appetizer came out quickly and was delicious, no problem. Entree took 1.5 hours. Yes, a burger took a hour and a half. Way over cooked.. the fries were ok.. conclusion... I'm gonna give it a couple months and try again.. I'm sure they'll work the kinks out.. 🤘🏻🎸(the casino floor music was all rock +++bonus points)
