I have never been able to get any free play or any perks really. Not really much interaction with hosts. They seem to take the people out of the equation not really any hostsb and they only seem use the Marketing formula.. very Cold.

The only complaint I have is security related.... someone was allowed to lurk directly behind me an uncomfortable amount of time while playing a table game, I also watched this person interrupt another winning blackjack player with conversation? There was nothing casual about this person.

The casino is beautiful and the food choices are excellent.
