Could have a higher payout rate, but is a fun little hotel and casino! Hotel includes pool and saltwater hot tub, gotta love that salt water hottub!

People who answer your phones are extremely rude. Several ladies at your players club desk are very mean and are not helpful. They made us feel like we were a burden to them. Lots of machines were broken/not working etc. Other than that we had fun!

We've stayed here half a dozen times. The staff is really, really friendly. When we stay near the fair grounds or Hard Rock, we usually stay here because it's a great place to stay. Would recommend.

I am so happy we chose to stay here. Room was good size everything was clean. Room smelled clean. Bed was comfortable. And the staff were awesome. I do not have one bad thing to say. Our stay was wonderful.

We have been members of Choice hotels for years and this hotel is definitely one of the best! The staff is polite, professional and very attentive to guests needs. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was fresh. We were pleased to find out that the hotel offered hourly shuttles to nearby attractions. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

This place fits it's name. Comfort as well as quiet. Super clean. We all stayed here during Evanescence/Lindsey Stirling concert so my friends could walk and meet us because we had to go early. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was just what I needed. I had a fantastic time. Thank you Comfort Suits At Florida Fairgrounds. 😊
