A very eye-catching hotel. Strategic.
The breakfast has various menu but the taste is so-so. I really recommend the room. Although it's small but it has complete facilitation such as iron, hairdryer, etc.

An best place to stay in Hong Kong. Food is good for tourist compare to other places. Nice view in room based on the location you get you can enjoy more. Citywalk shopping mall is quite opposite to hunt new cloths and gifts.

Tower 2 seems to be much better. Jenny has been very helpful and nice to us while our stay. Convenient location, great view

Tower 1 was very disappointing, need some work on maintenance. Perfect location, larger rooms compare to other hotels. We got upgraded to tower 2 with perfect service from very kind Jenny (assistant manager). Our stay wouldn't have been more comfortable and relaxing. Thank you

Decent rooms, however decor may be bit outdated.
Staff are ok in terms of helpfulness (No idea around crowd control).
Frequented by tourists out of China which means you may struggle to get to your room (when you "queue") waiting for the lift.
Overall it's not a bad place to stay, convenient to local shopping malls, transport and eateries.

Probably one of the few places in Hongkong with sizeable rooms with Wi-Fi and great bathroom and tub.. Loved the place.

Nice room, great shower with a rainfall head. I've room has noisy air conditioner, but worked, while the other room has a quieter air-conditioner that didn't work as well.

Nice place to stay, the view from the 67th floor was amazing!
The restaurant inside is good, serves all types of food, Indian, Chinese, American as well.
The staff is friendly as well.
The problem is that why can't a hotel in such a developed city as Hong Kong not give free WiFi in the rooms but keep it paid?

We stayed here for 12 days. Excellent housekeeping. It felt good to be back to a clean and fresh room after a tiring day. Rooms are big size. We are a family with 2 kids and were comfortable in the space. Excellent location as well. Bus 31A from airport to the hotel. Metro station just 3 min from the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Swimming pool is awesome with good views. Nice people at the reception too.They gave us free wifi which otherwise has to be paid for. Only issue we had was there was smoke smell in corridor even though it was a no smoking floor.
