We came to the restaurant tonight for our anniversary to have the steak special. New owners and staff. My steak was way over cooked and the fries were cold and soggy. And they had no more steaks to cook at 6pm 🤔 and no baked potatoes. We counted 12 couples leaving because they didn’t have the steak specials anymore. I gave it a two but our waitress was really good and she took my dinner off the tab. The manager never once looked our way or came to inquire as to why she voided my dinner. We won’t be back unless it really changes. Very sad 😢

I have been waiting for weeks for my free pay for downloading the app. Everyone else I know has received theirs. Even one that did it after me. The waitress wasn't friendly and seemed bothered when I asked her for a soda. At this location it seems the customer service and friendliness is not good at all. Send them to the spur and let the spur employees show them how it's done. One employee always is friendly and helpful her name is Amy. She is always nice and goes a step above and beyond. Please put my free play for downloading my app in my phone. Thank you! Tammy

Nice, clean, friendly casino. Offers a variety of slot machines. Restaurant is pretty good and extremely affordable. Only 2 major complaints - not enough handicap parking and no servers walking around asking if you'd like a beverage.

Won many times. I mainly play VGT games but enjoy other games. Lots of lights sounds and jackpots won all around.

Medium sized casino, friendly people, good simple food at great prices. Comfortable feel to the place even though it's a casino. Like it better than Winstar or Choctaw Durant, or even Riverwind. Has sister property 35 miles south I-44 Exit 1 that has hotel. 5 casinos in all in area. Will be gambling here instead of Shreveport, La. from now on.( From central TX).
