Let me start of with... this is a very nice hotel that has everything you need in it. BUT there services couldn't be further away. I stood at the bar for 15 minutes trying to get a drink that is over priced. And I saw the bartender help everyone else but me. I was at the front of what I thought was the line and then she started helping everyone around me. So I'm not going to beg for a drink. Also tried to find some amenities in the hotel. And the staff just points and walks away. What ever happened to actually caring and giving directions. Or better yet walk someone to where they want to go. Go over and above? Not in this places vocabulary. Stayed at the Wynn twice and the mirage once and those places know what they are doing. Heads Up! Go to one of those places.

I love the cheeky touches throughout the property. The chill pool is the perfect break from the conference. The gym was also fantastic. The staff all the way around are terrific. From CheckIn to poolside to catering during conference, the staff was friendly and helpful. Considering the conference was disability focused, the staff were well versed in how to make us all feel comfortable.

Best resort in Las Vegas. It's part of the Marriott Autograph collection. The resort has spectacular restaurants and lounges. Great buffet at the Wicked Spoon. Pools are top notch. I could spend a week at the resort and never get bored. The new show "Opium" is adult oriented and not for the prudish. Definitely entertaining and a must see event.

Went to the Wicked Spoon buffet. I do not recommend it. Food was average, at best, selection was lacking as well. There was good food, mashed potatoes were great and my wife's prime rib was amazing, mine was very grisly however. Deserts were very basic and okay, however the meringue kisses caused my wife to desperately look for some place to spit it out, she described it as licking an ash tray. Suggest saving your money and going to a different buffet, or 1 of the outstanding restaurants in Vegas.

I really loved the feel of The Cosmopolitan. It felt really modern and up to date. We went to the Wicked Spoon buffet and while it was a little expensive, the food was awesome. I felt so fancy and it felt like an upscale restaurant, but it was still just a buffet. It took a little while to get to the buffet after entering and if there is a casino area I never saw it, but I would definitely go back to the Wicked Spoon. The food was so tasty!

This is our second time staying at the Cosmo. Have nothing but good memories and great experiences here. Our balcony suite was incredible and the ultra-premium feel of the hotel can not be topped. Excellent restaurant and entertainment within the building are top-notch. A+ service that makes other hotels on the strip look like motels in comparison.

What a lovely resort and casino. The buffet, while being a bit pricey, is spectacular! They don’t just pile mountains of food for you to shovel down your throat, but small plate options of expertly designed foods. You get to experience more without feeling like gluttonous mass. The customer service throughout the entire resort is really what put this place over the top. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable staff made us feel welcomed, at ease and important. In a world where customer service is lacking, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is a breath of fresh air. Even if you don’t stay in their hotel, this must be a stop on your visit. You won’t be disappointed.

Went to the cosmopolitan to go to the buffet there. The Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan is fantastic. The selection isn't as great as others like the buffet at Caesar's Palace buffet but the food is so good here. I usually eat at a buffet and come across items that I don't like but here at the Cosmopolitan, everything was good. The only downside now is that most hotels have laid parking. Kind of sucks amd that's why I do not go to the strip as often due to paid parking.

The Cosmopolitan is a very nice hotel. It's one of the more sleek hotels, because the decor and interior in here is on point. It's a beautiful hotel. The wraparound suite was really nice. I didn't really have a good experience with the front desk. I felt like I was being discriminated because I was a younger person getting a suite. Their manager even came out and gave me the same treatment. Not really how you should treat a paying customer. Other than that, the Cosmopolitan has one of the best sports books and restaurants in town.
