Taj West End is located at the heart of Bangalore. It is 125 years old and spread over a large area of green and we'll maintained gardens. Wake up in the morning and walk around, listening to the chirping of birds, meet freely roaming small animals are real joy to your eyes and ears. Food is excellent and staff is very polite and helpful

Went there for the World Cup finals screening and it was very well organized. The staff was very helpful and well mannered. The food was good. Ambience was nice. No ruckus. Overall a very good experience

A really good place. One among the best star hotels in Bangalore. This is opposite to race course which also is a pretty good place. The best part about it is the rooms. Food is below average. Service is also good. Would recommend you to stay here and go to hotel chalukya for food.

The best thing about this hotel is the entire landscape. There is lots of greenery and peace in the middle of the city. The trees over here are quite old and offer jungle like experience with 5 star amenities. A highly recommended place if u are looking for a short vacation in bangalore. Liked the food and Taj hospitality.

Rickety place. Poorly maintained. Staff does not take feedback. They run the show with trainees from catering colleges. Facilities are full of cockroaches throughout the day and mosquitoes in the night.
Three stars because the place is at an accessible location and has an old world charm with a lot of greenery in the property. And yeah, bears the Tata brand.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the city. I couldn't believe such place existed in Bangalore. Staff is really helpful. And we enjoyed walk in the lush green gardens. Overall enjoyed my stay.

A central park in the middle of the city....Where you don't hear ay traffic in spite of this being in the heart of the city. Lot of trees and space to walk around. Still carries the old world charm. However may be due to the legacy of the staff who work there..The restaurant service is average. There is no specific kids facility like in resorts

The ambience and the way you are received in this hotel is amazing you will feel like a king. The staff are really courteous, the explain what exactly is the food as it is a Vietnamese restaurant. I went there for my girlfriend birthday. After an amazing lunch we got a complimentary cake for her that was a really good gesture

Fantastic property, but the rooms are a bit dated. Service was not upto the usual Taj standards because I think they were overwhelmed by a wedding party. Although to their credit they did try to make it up with a wonderful dessert and a handwritten apology note. So overall the experience was alright.

Nice place. Sunday buffet was oily and lacked finesse. The coffee served had curdled milk, had to go and complain. Singers were lively and The ambience was good. Family togetherness was memorable♥️
