I have natural hair at first they was good but they don’t use any heat protectant for natural hair and they gave my hair really bad heat damage and I had to cut my hair because it was damage beyond control so I had to start over I will never recommend them for anyone with natural hair👎🏽😥😰😭

I have so much heat damage after reverting back to curly hair and only went here once. Ladies and Gents, it takes only ONE time for the stylist to fry your hair. If you have curly hair and love it, do not go and get a blow out from ANY Dominican salon. Unfortunately, the fact is they only care about short term styles and obsessed looking "European" and white. I was charged more for having curly hair only to have it damaged. I highly believe the "heat protector" spray they have has some form of straightening chemical in it plus the high temperature from the blow dryer. It's more frustrating because my hair doesn't spring back and I have to spend hours to achieve the curly look after having healthy curly hair for years.

We enjoyed it. Came around 4pm and it was starting to get busy. Beer was good. Servers were attentive. My wife's dessert was good. Nice and cozy atmosphere thanks to the decor and benches. Much smaller than the beer hall in Munich but a nice stroll down memory lane.

As others have mentioned, it’s a cozy place with decent drinks, food, live music (way too loud though) and staff. Thursday nights are packed, but no one is too bothered by that, since it’s typical for restaurants/bars in this area. What isn’t enjoyable is, ironically, one of the bar’s security guards, who was preoccupied with hitting on female patrons and even coming by their table to creepily stare at them. And here I thought he was supposed to help make us all, I don’t know, feel safe? Long story short, ladies beware, and management you should probably reevaluate your hiring decisions. Won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone in the future.

What a fun and different stop! Stopped in here for a pre-dinner drink & bite, and love the atmosphere. Live music on a Friday night, a full house, and a tasty mix of (all light, German style) beer. The pretzel & wurst combo wasn't a ton of food, but enough to make us a bit thirstier for more beer. Very friendly staff who found us a pair of seats even though we let them know that we were not sticking around for a full meal.

This place is AWESOME!!! After walking forever and having the city seep in to my soul that only New York can I opened Google Maps and saw this place and said gosh darnet we are going German. As we went up the stairs I thought it was going to be just another weird place in the city but it is a hit. With my wife and in-laws from Poland this place felt right at home with its welcoming rustic German atmosphere. The food is amazing and the portions are huge which makes plates shareable and affordable. For the beer drinkers you can have a massive one liter mug or try your abilities with Das BOOT!!!!
