I went there for lunch and orded a medium rare steak but it was still raw with blood coming out. I took the steak back to the chef to recook it again and no there was no difference. The steak was still raw. They threw my salad away....I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for food. Little did they know I work in a pub as well.

We celebrated a special birthday there, the service was excellent, and the food was great. They set the table nice even provided balloons. Was a lovely evening.

Been here multiple times .. hurts the wallet quite a bit but the food is always great.

Had lunch today with my mum. The waitress think her name was iquilla sorry if I got it wrong she was amazing 😁 such friendly face and you can tell she loves her job. Food was great too. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you

Ultimate cheese garlic and bacon bread was amazing. Appetizers brought out promptly. Mains not long after that (but honestly we were almost full from apps). Service staff were mostly polite and friendly. Chicken was a little dry but the chips were nice and crispy.

Ok if you want to step back in time by about 30 years for a couple of hours. Was an interesting people watching exercise but I won't be back.

Meal was average if that. We ordered two hot chocolates right after we ordered our meal, we were served our food and had finished eating and our drinks still hadn't arrived. After waiting at the bar for a staff member to eventually come over, our drinks were forgotten about. After further waiting they came out bland and with no apology for the wait. Both tasted like warm milk with no chocolate taste at all.
Next time I will make the drive to Fitzys Loganholme. They have better service there and we've always left satisfied. Can't say the same for Waterford.

Been coming here for years, its pretty much our local. Food is generally always good and never had a problem with staff. Always friendly.

I ordered the rib fillet medium rare and it came out clearly under cooked (blue). I mean, 3/4 of this thing was raw meat! I brought it to one of the staff's attention and asked if he could cook it a little longer, as it was too under cooked. He wasn't concerned with how under-done it looked suggesting "would you like it closer to medium". I was surprised with his lack of concern with how raw it was, however I agreed as my steak couldn't possibly return any LESS cooked.... He showed up with a fresh new piece. After 3 bites it was clear it was as blue as the first. I showed the rest of my family I was dining with and they were all disgusted, claiming it's clearly inedible. I could not be bothered dealing with the staff member again and left with most of the steak still on the plate. We won't return.
