Went for the Weiner Dog races! Hilarious and awesome at the same time. With such a big event they should have staffed the bars better, basically one server at each bar, the lines move very slow. Otherwise it was a great place to go!

Great day. It was family day so many free things for the kids, face painting, animals to learn about and hold. Altogether a wonderful outing. Park benches if you want to picnic also.

Loved, loved, loved this place. A little bit of everything. Get up close to the track or watch the readiness in the stable area, place your wagers, get some good snack food and an adult beverage. Great entertainment, sometimes a live band after the races, too!

Free parking, free entry and even a free race card. To be honest the place is a bit shabby and run down and I felt the real gamblers' inner sanctum was somewhat seedy. Saying that though, it can still be a fun day out in the stands.

I love going to Fort Erie racetrack. It is a beautiful place retaining the design that provides maximum enjoyment for those of us who love thoroughbred racing. Although it can be a long drive from Barrie. I would really miss my 2 to 4 trips a year. Plus it is much harder to get to Saratoga, Monmouth, Delaware or Kentucky Downs.

Horse racing. Farmer's market & live music. Seating for picnics. Food and drinks available to purchase. Betting can be fun and friends can meet up here. Free parking. Races run twice a week. You can see the horses and jockeys bedore the race. Grand stand seating. Indoor seating. Or like me lean on the fence.
