Great ship but tight slots
Staff was great. Lucky the casino host took good care of me she was really nice. A beautiful ship, food was good but not enough choices or variety. Long lines at the buffet. Drinks were good too...Craps with 5$ minimum was nice but not many players. The elevator system is quite problematic. Long wait and not enough elevators for the number of cruisers. Lots of kids running everywhere.
But a great ship, good vacation will sail with them again.

Amazing experience
We love the whole experience everyone was super friendly at the casino you can play for hours the machines let you win and play not like other places that only take your money, and in the tables I had a great time dealers and pit bosses are excellent people. The slot tournaments and black tournaments were super fun!!! MSC is the best place!!!! Thank you All!!!! Also THANK YOU URCOMPED YOU ROCK!!!

Awesome Casino Tournament Cruise!
Ship was modern, elegant and clean. But my review focuses on the casino. The casino was so much fun with great energy, they held slot tournaments, raffles, hot seats prizes, and other promos. I found the casino didn't feel too tight for being on a ship. Many bonuses and fairly big wins were had. Not sure about other cruise lines but I got two JPs of $1200 with no taxes withheld. Casino staff friendly and engaging. Lots of variety of slot machines and popular titles. Straight forward casino comp program where you can earn free cruises based on how many points you earn, starting from 5000 points for free inside up to 5 nights. And Free means free with MSC so no taxes or fees. I can't wait to do my next MSC casino tournament cruise!

Fun Casino
We had a great time in the casino! The staff was friendly and everyone knew us by name after just a few days. We played table games and a few slots. We hit more than a few high paying hands. They had several tournaments and it was an overall fun experience!

It was ok-
Well I lost so that stinks but that’s not really my issue. When I play I like to have beverages and it was extremely difficult to get one. Not once did I get one in the probably 20 hours on machines. I had to leave my machines and go to the bar. Other than that- the variety of machines was good. They just weren’t paying.

Tight casino
The casino was very tight. The food did not have variety. The rooms and staff were great. Not sure if I'd ever go on msc the casino comps are horrible. We gambled alot and we didn't get a bottle of wine or anything.
