MGM Rewards Benefits with Royal Caribbean—Unlock New Casino Offers
Thanks to a fantastic partnership between MGM Resorts and Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society and Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club, you can now extend your perks across all three facilities. This collaboration brings a blend of sea and land benefits, offering the opportunity to maximize your rewards and elevate your vacations to the next level!
How the Partnership Works for Players
This partnership offers a tier match program which allows Crown & Anchor Society and Captain’s Club members to receive a corresponding status level within the MGM Rewards program. For Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society members, the tier matching works as follows:
- Gold members receive Sapphire status.
- Platinum members are matched to Pearl status.
- Emerald, Diamond, Diamond Plus, and Pinnacle Club members enjoy Gold status.
For Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club members, the matching is similar:
- Preview members are matched to Sapphire.
- Classic members receive Pearl status.
- Select, Elite, Elite Plus, and Zenith members all correspond to Gold status.
It’s important to note that players must choose between receiving benefits from either Crown & Anchor Society/Captain’s Club or MGM Rewards at the time of booking, as the benefits are non-combinable and nontransferable.
MGM Rewards members can also enjoy additional perks, however, this is a one-way tier match. Players will not be able to use their MGM status to get a corresponding tier match with Royal or Celebrity.

Included Benefits
Through this program, Crown & Anchor Society and Captain’s Club members can access a host of benefits at all participating MGM properties.
Hotel Stays: Gold members and above enjoy waived resort fees and taxes (this can save $40 or more per night), priority check-in, and complimentary enhanced room upgrades based on availability. Pearl members benefit from guaranteed lowest room rates.
Retail and Dining: Members receive discounts at most retail stores at participating properties, ranging from 5% for Sapphire members to 15% for Platinum and Noir members. Dining perks start at the Pearl tier with a dedicated line at buffets. Gold status or above will also enjoy priority reservations for fine dining.
Entertainment: Benefits include pre-sale access for select events and shows, discounts on select performances, and complimentary concert tickets for tiers Pearl and above.
Transportation: Visitors at any tier can save up to 30% off car rentals with Avis. Pearl members and above also get complimentary parking, and Gold members and above can take advantage of complimentary valet parking.
Gaming: Benefits continue with non-expiring MGM Rewards points and invitations to member-only events and tournaments.
MGM Rewards members can also gain substantial perks when sailing Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruises and are outlined below.
Annual cruise details are as follows; Qualifying Platinum Members receive one cruise for two per year in an Oceanview Stateroom and NOIR Members qualify for a cruise for two per year in a Balcony Stateroom.

How to Set Up Matching
Linking your accounts and tier matching is a straightforward process for members of all three programs.
For Crown & Anchor Society or Captain’s Club members: First, create a free MGM Rewards account on the MGM Resorts website if you don’t already have one. Then, contact MGM Resort Services at (866) 761-7111 and press 5, or email memberservices@mgmresorts.com. Be sure to have your Crown & Anchor Society or Captain’s Club membership number handy. The MGM representative will verify your information and you’ll receive your corresponding MGM Rewards tier, allowing you to start enjoying your new benefits immediately.
For MGM rewards members: Call Royal Caribbean at 1-800-762-0702 or Celebrity Cruises at 1-855-227-2537 to validate your status. Once validated, you can book directly with the cruise agent. Benefits must be requested at the time of the initial booking and at least ten days before the cruise’s departure date.

Participating MGM locations in Las Vegas include; Bellagio, ARIA, Vdara, MGM Grand Las Vegas, The Signature at MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Delano Las Vegas, Park MGM Las Vegas, NoMad Las Vegas, New York-New York, Luxor, and Excalibur. Regional destinations include Beau Rivage, Borgata, Empire City Casino, MGM Grand Detroit, MGM National Harbor, MGM Springfield, and MGM Northfield Park. These are subject to change at any time.

Play and no returns
The Casino is not fun does not give good returns even you hit a free games. Played maximum beats the machine will give you undesirable returns. In general the ODD is low. Good luck to anyone who wants to play at Celebrity Eclipse. Maybe I will try other Celebrity Cruise Ships

100% smoke free casinos!! Reason for 4 star is when you join different tournaments you are playing to win casino credit not cash prizes. Including the ones you had to paid cash to join.

Once the cruise line applies the comps to your booking, you’ll then receive a confirmation number along with a notice to pay your port fees and taxes, which are required to finalize your reservation.

Points and tier credits are not shared between the organizations, meaning that playing in the casinos on either cruise line will not result in point accrual for Hard Rock and vice versa. Members will earn and redeem points separately within each brand, ensuring that their efforts are rewarded uniquely by each loyalty program.
Currently, these Hard Rock locations are excluded from this program: Sioux City, Tulsa, Biloxi, and Vancouver properties.
Hard Rock Seminole Tier Program Breakdown
Players can earn and accrue Unity Points at Hard Rock Seminole with every qualifying purchase at participating locations.
Qualifying purchases include:
- Staying the night at Hard Rock hotels and resorts.
- Dining at Hard Rock cafes and restaurants.
- Playing table games and slot machines at Hard Rock casinos.
- Purchasing merchandise at Rock Shops worldwide or online.
- Playing free mobile and online gaming products from Hard Rock Games.
Unity Tiers can be broken down into four categories, starting with Star (0-3,999 credits), Legend (4,000-14,999 credits), Icon (15,000+ credits), and X which is invite only. Credit accrual varies between 1-3 credits per every qualifying $1 spent. Tier credits are measured annually from Jan. 1 - Dec. 31 and reset at the beginning of each year.
Club Royale Tier Breakdown
Players can earn and accrue credits with Club Royale at Royal Caribbean every time they play at the cruise casino. Slot machines award 1 credit for every $5 spent on reel slot machines, or $10 on video poker machines. Table games administer credits based on type of game, average bet and length of play.
Club Royale tiers can be broken down into four categories, starting with Choice (1-2,499 credits), Prime (2,500-24,999 credits), Signature (25,000-99,999 credits), and Masters (100,000+ credits). Tier level status is measured annually from Apr. 1 - Mar. 31 and reset on Apr. 1 each year.

Blue Chip Club Tier Program Breakdown
Players can earn and accrue points with Blue Chip Club at Celebrity Cruises every time they play at the cruise casino. Slot machines award 1 point for every $1 wagered on slots, or $2 wagered on video poker. Table games administer 8 points for every $1 theoretical.
Blue Chip Club tiers can be broken down into six categories, starting with Pearl (1-2,499 points), Onyx (2,500-24,999 points), Amethyst (25,000-99,999 points), Sapphire (100,000-499,999 points), SapphirePlus (500,000-999,999 points), and Ruby (1,000,000+).
