Went to the Torquay cup and had a lovely day. Food was good, the service excellent.

Attended a work function at the "Silks Room". Ok venue, a bit dated. Staff were all very helpful

We won a race which was great but after race the trainer was refused a drink to celebrate because he didn't have a drink ticket. Also there were no eats available at the winners table in owners/trainers room so hospitality was poor.

I had a wonderful day at the races. I was sheltered from the wind and had a lovely picnic although i had no one to share it with😕 I still enjoyed my day. Thankyou Geelong for the wonderful views of not only some of the most well bred horses in Victoria, but also the well bred well behaved and fabulously handsome men. Kudos to Geelong, i might stay a while......
