Great food and drinks. Friendly staff, without pretense. Unfortunately, service, while timely, did not match the price.

Extremely expensive. Excellent service. Excellent steak. Excellent bread. French onion soup was awful though.

With or without the Besh name, the food and service are very similar. The 3 star rating is meant as 4-minus. Management steps in when service or quality falters. Food is prepared as designed, but sometimes doesn't make it to the table in that condition. Timing has been a problem in some of our visits there.

Service: very good Coffee: very good Steak: very good, cooked to the desired doneness. Yellow fin tuna: cooked properly, over seasoned with salt Sea Bass: cooked properly, served with an uneatable broth/ sauce Dessert: cheese cake tasted like butter Dessert: the ice cream sandwich had a bitter biscuit and the ice cream was too sweet. Very expensive.

The chef must be some kind of mad genius. Every dish we tried after a couple of visits was inventive, prepared in ways that I've never had before. Every dish a journey & absolutely delicious.

Ordered my tenderloin rare, with a lukewarm center, and got exactly what I wanted. Fantastic food. Wonderful, knowledgeable server. Quite possibly the best steak I've ever had.

Burgers we're good, we couldn't afford anything else there. Our friends enjoyed their meals though. The problem is the steaks are ridiculously large with a giant price tag to match. I think they'd get more business in the casino if they changed the structure of the menu/servings. The fries with the burgers were nothing to write home about. Sorry my pics didn't come out.

The Mother's Day Jazz Brunch was a hidden gem! This place has NOT suffered a bit since dropping the Besh name. Service was on point and we had a $50 pre fixe menu for brunch worth every penny! We were one of maybe 5 tables in the place for an incredible brunch! Will definetly go back. Oh and they do validate parking but make sure the hostess places the sticker in the right place on your parking ticket because it's all automated now and the machine read the wrong barcode and we had to call for assiatance. But it all worked out and we didn't have to pay the $30 it would have cost us to park.

Top shelf service and food. I have always enjoyed dining here. Todd does and excellent job taking care of you, always has what you need but isn't interuptive. I can recommend the corn and crab bisque and the filet or ribeye (bone in) are amazing.
